It's Almost Here...

It is almost time to unveil the surprise but until then, I have a couple of cards to share with you.
This card uses lots of different things.  The cardstock colours are Pretty in Pink, Very Vanilla, and Chocolate Chip.  The stamp set is Bliss which is only available until March 31 in Sale-a-Bration.  The flower is cut out with the Fun Flower die for the Big Shot which can be found in the Occasions Mini.  We then put the flower in the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder through the Big Shot.  It is hard to see in the picture but this card is really elegant in real life.
This second card is so bright and cherry.  The cardstock is Daffodil Delight.  The flower is stamped with the Build a Blossom stamp set and punched out with the coordination punch which are in the Occasions Mini.  The dsp is Ice Cream Parlour which is available from the Sale-a-Bration brochure until March 31.  The greeting is from Punch Bunch which is also in the SAB brochure.
If you are on my email list, be sure to check your inboxes tonight.  If not, you can sign up for my newsletter or check back here tomorrow.  This is one surprise you don't want to miss out on!

Wednesday Class

On Wednesday night at 7:30pm, I am hosting a Sale-a-Bration card class.  You will make 4 cards with envelopes and the cost is $15.  I need to know by Tuesday evening if you would like to come.  The cards will be great!
This is a card I made to demonstrate at my sister's workshop a couple of weekends ago.  It is very simple and uses the image from Fun and Fast Notes.  The cardstock colour is Daffodil Delight.  The dsp is from the Sale-a-Bration brochure and is called Ice Cream Parlour.
This is the card that the guests got to make.  I really love this card.  It features the Sale-a-Bration set called Bliss.  The cardstock colours are Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White.  We used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder in the Big Shot.  If you look closely, you can see a rhinestone on the butterfly.  This will be one of the cards that we make at my Wednesday night class.

Remember that something is coming on Wednesday!  Check back here for details and your inbox will also contain the details.  If you are not on my mailing list, be sure to join today!

Somethings coming....

Yesterday was our Spring Stamp Camp and we had lots of fun!  The projects we made all were very "springy" and made us be positive that it really will be spring soon.
Here are Betty and Carol displaying their notepad holders using Stampin' Up!'s clear cases.
Here are Mary Jo and Pat displaying their cases.  This project was sooo quick and easy and would be great to give as a gift.
This is one of the 4 cards that they made.  It features Sale-a-Bration things!  The owl is from the set Punch Bunch.  The greeting is from the So Happy for You set.  The dsp is from the Ice Cream Parlour package and the button and ribbon is from the Ice Cream Parlour pack.  It is so bright and vibrant and makes you smile!
Sale-a-Bration is almost over :(  March 31st is the last day to take advantage of this awesome yearly sale.  I will have a surprise for you on March 30 so be sure to check back here and your inbox for more details.  You WILL NOT want to miss out on this!

Butterflies

I am really thinking spring today because the cards I am sharing use lots of butterflies!  I needed to create a few cards quickly today (how is it that a cardmaker has no cards on hand?!?!) so I came up with this idea.  It literally only took about 7 minutes or less per card so it was very easy to create a lot.

The cards all use the same materials just in different colours.  This one uses Poppy Parade cardstock and ribbon.  I punched the butterflies out from the designer series paper pack that is available as a level 1 hostess set.  I added 2 pearls to the middle butterfly and popped it up with dimensionals.

The cards in this picture use Concord Crush and Peach Parfait.  All the cards use Pear Pizzazz as the layer with the tulip frame embossing folder around it.

There are only 3 weeks left to take advantage of Sale-a-Bration.  Be sure to place your order or book your workshop soon!

Owl Birthday

Here is a card that I made last night when I attended one of my downline's classes.  It would be perfect for a male birthday.
The owl and the greeting are from the Sale-a-Bration set called Punch Bunch.  The cardstock colours are Bashful Blue and Whisper White.  The ink colours are Chcolate Chip, Bashful Blue, and Pacific Point.
My newsletter went out Tuesday.  If you did not receive it, be sure to let me know.

Concord Crush Rose

Today is a good friends birthday and I am sharing with you the card I made for her.  I am so happy to have her in my life and I have Stampin' Up! to thank for that!!!
This card is so cool if I do say so myself!!!  The cardstock colours are Crumb Cake, Concord Crush, Old Olive and Whisper White.  I used the tulip frame embossing folder for the Big Shot on the Crumb Cake.
The flower is made from the Owl punch of all things.  I spritzed it with Vanilla Smooch Spritz to add the shine.  The ribbon is Concord Crush striped poly-stitch and the greeting is from the free Sale-a-Bration set, Punch Bunch.
If you want to learn how to make this flower, stay tuned for a new type of class, Bring on the Wow, that I will be offering beginning in April!!
My newsletter is going out this morning so be sure to check your inboxes.  There are some exciting classes being offered.  Have a great Tuesday!
