Birthday and Christmas Card

This past weekend I did a workshop for sister and these 2 cards were the make n' takes we did. This first card uses the Big on Christmas stamp set. We coloured in the image with blender pens and Stampin' Pastels. We added the ribbon to spice it up a bit. This card is quite plain but everyone who attended the workshop were beginning stampers.

This second card uses Fun and Fast Notes stamp set. This set features 8 images and is a very versatile set because it pretty much has an image for anything you would need to make a card for. We coloured in the image using the Stampin' Write markers. We added crystal effects and glitter to the frosting on the cake to add some dimension. We used the scallop punch on the Apricot Appeal cardstock and used the crop-a-dile to add the eyelets to the card. The crop-a-dile is a super tool so that you don't need to 'pound' those eyelets in anymore!
